Our Destination Science Curriculum Innovators created
this year’s themes from the ground up! If you would like to attend more than one week, we recommend you sign up for different camp themes. Of course, we leave it up to you and your camper if you would like to sign up for the same camp theme more than once!
We’d be happy to transfer you and we’ll do so for free! To transfer you into a different week or camp location, send us an email at
info@destinationscience.org with your request.
We are able to transfer you as long as the camp you want to switch into does not have a waitlist and is not a partnership camp.
A partnership camp is a Destination Science camp where Destination Science does not take registration. You can tell our partnerships apart on our website by taking a look at the price; if there’s no price, it’s a partnership! This will also be noted on the location’s “camp info”.
Campers are broken up into different age groups. You will typically see Kinder-1st in our youngest group, 2nd-3rd in our middle group, and 4th-6th in our oldest group.
Our camper to adult camp counselor ratio is 10-14 campers to 1 adult camp counselor.
They sure can! There’s a spot on your registration form where you can include your camper’s buddy’s first and last name. If you have already registered you can send an email with your request to info@destinationscience.org or give us a call at 888-909-2822.
Please take a look at our grouping methods to ensure your camper’s buddy is in the same age group.
Our regular camp hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Occasionally a location has published slightly different hours. Visit our camp locations page to view all camp details!
If you are already registered you can login to your account portal and click on your account link to view your personal scheduled location(s) and week(s).
We are not offering Extended Care hours this year.
We understand that unforeseen challenges come up! If you’re running late please give our office staff a call at 888-909-2822 so we can inform our Site Director.
Please be aware that we do have a late fee policy which entails that $1 is charged per minute late.

We ask parents to send their camper with a refillable water bottle, a boxed lunch and a morning snack!!
We sure do! If your camper left an item at camp, please let our Site Director know as soon as possible or email
info@destinationscience.org or call at 888-909-2822.
All of our lost items are removed from the camp location on the last day we are at the given site, so please let us know as soon as you realize that something is missing.
We have had many campers with mild special needs join us for the summer. Please email info@destinationscience.org or call to discuss your child’s unique requirements at 888-909-2822. If your child requires an aide in school, then we ask that an aide join us for camp as well. Please download our Policy & Procedure Form for Aides at DS Camp and either e-mail or mail to our office before the start of camp.

info@destinationscience.org or call 888-909-2822 and we’ll make arrangements for their safe return!
If your camper gets sick while at camp we will call or text you and request that you pick up your camper.
Our Destination Science team works hard to keep your camper safe! At every camp, at least 1 of our adult staff members are certified in First-Aid and CPR and are prepared to provide aid and support for your camper in the case of a minor injury. You will be notified at pick-up by your camper’s teacher or Site Director and given a Boo-Boo Report!
All head bumps are called-in to parents and monitored by our adult staff.
In the case of a more severe injury we will call 911 if needed. Parents or guardians will be notified immediately.
In the event of an emergency, our staff is prepared with an emergency plan in collaboration with their facility.
